Job Description:
Essential Job Functions:
- Must have an experience between 2-4 years in Oracle HRMS as a Techno functional consultant
- Should have worked on Core HR, SSHR, Performance Management System (PMS) and iRecruitment
- Should have worked on Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions (RICE) components
- Good to have Alerts, AME, Forms and Workflow knowledge
- Should have good communications skills and able to work as per client working days

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, information systems or related field preferred
- Zero or more years of support services or project or program experience
- Experience working with the technology industry
- Experience working with company products and operating systems
- Experience working with computer systems and their use
